Welcome to danniehq, a software as a service (SaaS) platform provided by Domain. Our services include a range of tools and functionalities designed to enhance user productivity and streamline operations within the industry of SaaS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, which govern your use of our website and services.

danniehq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice. We strive to provide a reliable and efficient service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Our services are intended for users located in Slovakia (SK) and are governed by the laws of Slovakia. If you are accessing our services from outside Slovakia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. User Accounts

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You agree to notify danniehq immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. danniehq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of danniehq or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Domain.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant danniehq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. danniehq reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

We do not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaim any liability for any content submitted by users.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

danniehq reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, provided that any changes will not affect your current subscription until the end of your billing cycle.

danniehq reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that danniehq will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall danniehq, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the services;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
Any content obtained from the services; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall danniehq’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at department@domain. danniehq may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that danniehq deems inappropriate or harmful.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees owed to Domain.
